THE VOICE OF WOMEN IN AGRICULTURE SINCE 1976
Since 1976, Ventura County California Women for Agriculture has diligently worked to empower, engage and educate women in agriculture to be at the forefront of our industry. From the field to the boardroom, VC-CWA members are actively creating change in our county as we adapt to a more urban environment, ensuring we can continue tackling the needs of the world’s growing demand for reliable food, fuel and fiber.
The diversity of the crops grown in our county are just as diverse as our members. Whether you are a farmer, rancher, land owner, ag business professional, entrepreneur or someone who appreciates the vast fields and groves within Ventura County – you have the opportunity to help our local agriculture industry not only succeed, but thrive.
With more than 20 chapters across the state and 2,000 members, CWA promotes leadership within local communities, advocacy efforts on local, state and federal issues, public service and community outreach.
