Friends of Ventura County- We need your Help!
With the help of our community, the Ventura County Chapter of CWA has traditionally been able to give several $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors and enrolled college students who are pursuing an education in the agriculture field or whose parent/guardian has been employed in Ventura County agriculture for at least the past 2 years.
We are reaching out to ask local business and individual donors who understand and value Ventura County Agriculture to help us fund and grow this scholarship program. Together, we commit to advocacy and educational outreach on behalf of local agriculture and passing on those values to the next generation.
Our county needs your help to keep its agricultural roots thriving.
We have 3 sponsorship opportunities available. All sponsorship levels will be promoted on our website as well as at our Scholarship Recipient Reception on Wednesday, August 11th at Peirano's. Additionally, our Emerald Sponsors will receive a FREE 2022 VC-CWA Membership which includes monthly meetings with local guest speakers, free lunch and other networking and outreach opportunities.
